Child Safety Standards

Our commitment against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Famileey has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. We are committed to creating a safe digital environment for all users, especially minors, and to actively preventing, detecting, and reporting any content or behaviour that endangers children.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Famileey maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy toward any content, communication, or behaviour that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This policy applies to every user, family group, and piece of content on the platform — without exception.

Any account found to be involved in CSAE-related activity will be immediately and permanently banned, all relevant content will be removed, and the matter will be reported to the appropriate authorities and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.
